About

I am a London based integrative art psychotherapist and visual artist. I collaborate one to one and with groups. Currently I work part time for Off Centre a charity free therapy for young people in Hackney; at Cubitt Gallery running a seniors group and I run private therapy practice from my studio in Edmonton Green.

I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from IATE; an MA in Fine Art Textiles from Goldsmiths and a BA in Fine Art from Northumbria. I am registered and accredited by the UKCP and the HCPC.

I have worked for partners including the NHS, Camden Arts Centre, Towner Art Gallery, Hayward Gallery, Turner Contemporary, Whitechapel Gallery, Royal Opera House, Kettles Yard, National Portrait Gallery, People United, The British Council, Liberdade, V&A, Spitalfields Music, Tate, Wysing Arts Centre, Insaka Arts, Hal Atelier Haus and The Royal Academy.

My creative and therapeutic practice holds close to its heart these values.

  • Flow and iteration–holding the process
  • Play and curiosity– linking play and experimentation opening up a safe space where everything is valuable learning and where hierarchies are removed.
  • Co-creation and generosity–encouraging ownership, shared creativity and reciprocal kindness.
  • Humanspace– creating spaces for authentic conversations and intimate dialogues.
  • Materiality and embodied learning–considering the importance of tactile experiences and the material.
