During December 2012 I will be based at the Halka Art Project in Istanbul.

Everyday I will set out from my Red Room in my red shoes in search of places on the Asia side of Istanbul associated with the colour red. As far as I can gather the following words mean red in Turkish kirmizi ,al, kizil and bordo (which is more of a claret).
